You leave Mombasa or Nairobi Airport or Malindi in a minibus on good roads leading to the famous National Park. There you will find the most striking geological formation, to be seen nowhere else on earth. You will be enchanted by the never ending plains of the savannah or by Mt. Kilimanjaro. The most famous landmark of East Africa. Not only the scenery but also the incredibie wealth of animals life is impressive. Birds, aquatic life, or land animals can be enjoyable in Amboseli, Tsavo or Maasai Mara.

• # 1 DAY - Tsavo East National Park

  "RED ELEPHANT I"

  TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK - 1 DAY (from Malindi)

  

  DAY 1:

  An early start from your Malindi Hotel takes you to SALA GATE or BACHUMA GATE, the entrance to TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK. The Park (13747 sqkm) is renown for it's population of 'Red Elephants' which stands out clearly against the grey and green bush savannah. Other animals which can be seen are Buffalo, Zebra, Giraffe, Warthog, Waterbuck, Hartebeest, Ostrich, Impala and many other types of Gazelles, ocassionally Lion and Cheetah.
  Aquantic Birds can be seen at ARUBA DAM, enroute to VOI SAFARI LODGE (with pool) where lunch will be served. A wide varity of animals are usually in the vicinity of the lodge, offering a good opportunity for photographs.
  After lunch is time for another game drive before returning to Malindi and your hotel.

   

• # 2 DAYS - Tsavo East National Park

  "RED ELEPHANT II"

  TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK - 2 DAYS (from Malindi)

  

  DAY 1:

  An early start takes you about 200 km along the TARMAC ROAD in the direction of Malindi – Mombasa - Nairobi to BACHUMA GATE or 100 km to SALA GATE (if weather permits) where you will enter the famous TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK (13747 sqkm).
  Your accommondation can be either in a tented camp or in a Safari Lodge. After reaching the Park you will make game drive until lunchtime at your camp or lodge. TSAVO EAST is renowned for it's population of 'Red Elephants', which stands out clearly against the grey and green bush savannah. Other animals which can be seen are Buffalo, Zebra, Giraffe, Warthog, Waterbuck, Hartebeest, Ostrich, Impala and many other types of Gazelles, ocassionally Lion and Cheetah.
  Aquantic Birds can be seen at ARUBA DAM, enroute to camp or lodge, where lunch will be served. At VOI SAFARI LODGE a wide variety of animals are usually in the vicinity of the lodge, offering a good opportunity for photographs.
  After lunch evening game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight stay in your camp or lodge.

  DAY 2:

  You will start the day with an early morning game drive. After breakfast another morning game drive enroute to VOI TOWN, where you will take your lunch, before returning to Malindi and your hotel.

   

• # 2 DAYS - Tsavo East & Tsavo West National Park

  "RED ELEPHANT III"

  TSAVO EAST • TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK - 2 DAYS (from Malindi)

  

  DAY 1:

  An early start takes you about 100 km to SALA GATE where you will enter the famous TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK. The route follows the GALANA RIVER which cuts this National Park in half. The northern part is an area without water and almost in accessible and encompassed the well known YATTA PLATEAU. The park is renowned for it's population of 'Red Elephants' as well as it rugged wild scenery with steep rock hills, rising abruptly from extensiv plains broken by river valleys.
  Aquantic Birds will be seen at ARUBA DAM, enroute to VOI LOGE (with pool) where lunch will be served. Several species of animals are usually seen in the vicinity of the Lodge, offering a good opportunity for photographs.
  After lunch continue game drive to VOI GATE to leave this park and enter the TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK, where you make game drive until sunset. Later you arrive e.g. NGULIA LODGE for check in. For Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

  DAY 2:

  In the morning pre breakfast game drive and later morning game drive with a visit at MZIMA SPRINGS, a subterranean spring coming from Mount Kilimanjaro. This water is the 'lifeline' of Mombasa. Here Hippos, numerous topical fish and crocodile bustle about. Continue driving until reaching the gate of the National Park, arrive in time at VOI TOWN for lunch and return to Malindi to your hotel.

   

• # 2 DAYS - Tsavo East National Park & Taita Hills Sanctuary

  "SALT LICK"

  TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK • TAITA HILLS SANCTUARY - 2 DAYS (from Malindi)

  

  DAY 1:

  A fairly early start takes you about 200 km along TARMAC ROAD in the direction of Malindi – Mombasa - Nairobi to BACHUMA GATE, where you will enter the famous TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK. The park is renowend for it's population of 'RED ELEPHANTS' as well as it's rugged wild scenery with steep rocky hills abruptly from extensive plains broken by river valleys.
  Aquantic Birds will be seen at ARUBA DAM, enroute to VOI SAFARI LODGE (with pool) where lunch will be served. Several species of animals are usual to be seen in the vicinity of the lodge, offering a good opportunity for photographs.
  After lunch game drive until VOI GATE to leave the NATIONAL PARK to reach after 22 km TAITA GAME SANCTUARY (teatime is not included in the price). You will make afternoon game drive until sunset.
  Dinner and overnight stay at SALT LICK LODGE, which is well known or it's highly individuel architectural style because it is build on stilts overlooking several water holes.

  DAY 2:

  This morning early game drive in the Sanctuary and after breakfast a further game drive, returning then to TAITA HILLS LODGE in time for refreshing swim before lunch. After lunch returning to your hotel in Malindi.

   

• # 3 DAYS - Tsavo East & Tsavo West National Park

  "HEMMINGWAYS I"

  TSAVO EAST • TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK - 3 DAYS (from Malindi)

  

  DAY 1:

  In the early morning you start for your safari and travel approximately 200 km on the TARMAC ROAD direction of Malindi – Mombasa - Nairobi to BACHUMA GATE, where you will enter the famous TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK. Your first game drive will take you via ARUBA DAM, where many aquantic Birds can be seen, to VOI SAFARI LODGE (with pool). Several species of animals are usually to be seen in the vicinity of the Lodge, offering a good opportunity for photographs. For lunch, dinner and overnight you stay at the Lodge.

  DAY 2:

  Early morning game drive and after breakfast in the Lodge you continue drive to TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK (8500 sqkm). There you make game drive until reaching e.g. NGULIA LODGE in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive with a visit to the RHINO SANCTUARY. Dinner and overnight stay at the Lodge.

  DAY 3:

  Early morning game drive and after breakfast in the Lodge you continue game viewing with a visit to MZIMA SPRINGS. This water is coming from Mount Kilimanjaro and is the 'water lifeline' of Mombasa. Here Hippos, numerous tropical fish and Crocodiles bustle about. After that game drive until reaching the gate of the National Park, lunch at VOI TOWN and return to your hotel in Malindi.

  "KILIMANJARO / AMBOSELI / WILDBEEST I"

  TSAVO EAST • AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK - 3 DAYS (from Malindi)

  

  DAY 1:

  An early start from Malindi takes you about 200 km along the TARMAC ROAD in the direction of Malindi – Mombasa - Nairobi to BACHUMA GATE or 100 km to SALA GATE (if the weather permits) where you will enter the famous TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK (13747 sqkm.) Your accomondation can be either in a tented camp or in a safari lodge. Gamedrive until lunchtime at your camp or lodge.   After breakfast, leave e.g. VOI LODGE, proceed to AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK (3810 sqkm), arriving in time for lunch. Check in at e.g. OLTUKAI LODGE or KIBO CAMP. Africa´s highest mountain rises majestically from the plains of AMBOSELI, the Mt. KILIMANJARO (5895 m). In the papyrus swamps, the game is innumerable and with a little luck you will be able to shoot with your camera the 'BIG FIVE', Elphant, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. After lunch afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at e.g. Oltukai Lodge or Kibo Camp.

  DAY 3:

  Early morning game drives and after breakfast another game drive enroute to VOI TOWN to be in time for lunch. After lunch drive to Malindi and your hotel.

  "KILIMANJARO / AMBOSELI / WILDBEEST II"

  DAY 1:

  An early start from Malindi takes you about 4 hrs along the TARMAC ROAD in the direction of Malindi – Mombasa – Nairobi to TSAVO RIVER GATE, where you will enter the famous TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK (8500 sqkm). Game drive enroute your camp or lodge for lunch. After lunch another evening game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp or lodge.

  DAY 2:

  Starting the day with an early morning game drive. After the breakfast game drive to AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK (3810 sqkm). On the way you visit MZIMA SPRINGS, a subterranean spring coming from Mt. Kilimanjaro and is the 'water lifeline' of Mombasa. Here Hippos, numerous tropical fishes and crocodiles bustle about. Afrika's highest mountain rises majestically from the plains of Amboseli, the Mt. KILIMANJARO (5895 m). You arrive in time for lunch at the camp/lodge. In the papyrus swamps, the game is innumerable and with a little luck you will be able to 'shoot' the 'BIG FIVE' Elephant, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard and Rhino with your camera.

  Early morning game drive and after breakfast morning game drive enroute to VOI TOWN, to be in time for a lunch. After lunch drive to Malindi and your hotel.

  TSAVO EAST • TAITA HILLS • AMBOSELI • TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK - 4 DAYS (from Malindi)

  

  DAY 1:

  After lunch you continue to TAITA HILLS GAME SANCTUARY. Afternoon game drive in the Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight stay at the SALTLICK LODGE, which is well known for its highly individuel architectural style because it is build in stilts overlooking several water holes.

  DAY 2:

  This morning after breakfast you will drive to AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK (3810 sqkm), arrive in time for lunch. Africa's highest monain, Mt. KILIMANJARO (5895 m), arises majestically from the plains of Amboseli, which was said to be given as a birthday present by Queen Victoria to her nephew Emperor Wilhelm I (historically not provable). After lunch afternoon game drive, in the papyrus swamps the game is innumerable and with a little luck you will be able to 'shoot' the 'BIG FIVE', Elephant, Buffalo, Leopard, Lion and Rhino with your camera. Dinner and overnight in your Camp or Lodge.

  DAY 3:

  This morning you will have an early morning game drive and after breakfast you will continue on a bumpy drive to TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK (8500 sqkm). Here you will visit MZIMA SPINGS, a subterranean spring coming from Mt. Kilimanjaro, the 'water lifeline' of Mombasa. Hippos, numerous tropical fishes and crocodiles will be seen here. Lunch at e.g. Ngulia Lodge or Ziwani Camp, get entertained by a lot of colourful birds on the Lodge terrace. After lunch afternoon game drive until sunset, dinner and overnight stay at your lodge or camp.

  DAY 4:

  This morning after breakfast game drive until reaching the gate to leave the park. Continue drive until VOI TOWN for lunch before returning to Malindi and your hotel.

   

• # 4 DAYS - Tsavo East & Tsavo West National Park

  "RED ELEPHANT IV"

  TSAVO EAST • TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK - 4 DAYS (from Malindi)

  

  DAY 1:

Your first game drive will take you via ARUBA DAM where many aquatic birds can be seen depending on the season to e.g. VOI WILDLIFE LODGE (pool) where lunch will be served. Several species of animals are usually to be seen at the waterhole of the lodge, offering a good opportunity for photographs.
  After lunch another game drive until sunset, dinner and overnight stay at your lodge or camp.

  DAY 2:

  After breakfast drive out of this park to enter TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK. Game drive and arrive in time for lunch at e.g. NGULIA SAFARI LODGE. After lunch afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or camp.

  DAY 3:

  After breakfast further game drive with a visit to MZIMA SPRINGS which is the 'water lifeline' of Mombasa. Here Hippos, numerous tropical fishes and crocodiles bustle about. Leaving the park to enter TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK. Arrive in time for lunch at VOI SAFARI LODGE (pool). Afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or camp.

  DAY 4:

  After breakfast morning game rive while coming out of the park through SALA GATE to arrive in time for lunch at TSAVO BUFFALO CAMP. After lunch leave for Malindi to arrive at your hotel in the late afternoon.

  Early moning and after breakfast game drive with a visit to MZIMA SPRINGS, a subterranean spring coming from Mt. Kilimanjaro, the 'water lifeline' of Mombasa. Here Hippos, numerous tropical fishes and crocodiles bustle about. Continue driving to the AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK (3810 sqkm) in time for lunch at one of the Amboseli National Park Lodges or Camps. Africa's highest mountain rises majestically from the plains of Amboseli, the Mt. KILIMANJARO (5895 m). With a little luck you will be able to 'shoot' the 'BIG FIVE', Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard and Rhino wih your camera.

  DAY 4:

  This morning an early morning breakfast and game drive en route to VOI TOWN. Arriving in time for lunch at town. After lunch drive back to Malindi and your hotel.

  DAY 2:

  After breakfast drive to VOI GATE to leave the park. Continue driving to enter TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK (8000 sqkm). Game drive enroute for lunch at the NGULIA BANDA SAFARI CAMP. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive until sunset with a visit to the RHINO SANCTUARY. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp or in a lodge.

  DAY 3:

  After breakfast game drive with a visit to MZIMA SPRINGS, a subterranean spring coming from Mt. Kilimanjaro, the 'water lifeline'of Mombasa. Here Hipos, numerous tropical fishes and crocodiles bustle about. Continue driving to the AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK (3810 sqkm). Arriving in time for lunch e.g. KIBO SAFARI CAMP.   DAY 4:

  This morning, an early morning breakfast, game drive enroute to ERIMITO GATE where you will come out of Amboseli National Park. Continue diving arriving in time for lunch at VOI SAFARI LODGE in TSAVO EAST NATIONAL PARK. After lunch, afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge/camp.

  DAY 5:

  After an early morning breakfast, check out and continue with a morning game drive before you leave the park. Having lunch in one of the good hotels in VOI TOWN before driving back to Malindi via MARIAKANI-KILIFI and to your hotel.
